The community is invited to join the 7th Annual “Ruck for Them” 5K Walk/Run/Ruck on September 26th at Waverly Glen Park, 85 Moore St., Waverly, NY.

This annual event is dedicated to raising awareness about veteran and military suicide and strengthening support for those who have served.

Sign-in and breakfast begin at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5K Ruck at 10:00 AM. Registration is required, but participation in the 5K is optional.

The event will feature an Information Fair offering resources and community connections for veterans, service members, families, and supporters.

After the ruck, all attendees are invited to enjoy a free BBQ picnic with music, fun, and games. The entire event is offered at no cost to participants.
